These terms explain the rules for using this website and the ENTP software. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ENTP is online software for quotations, bills, invoices, inventory, payments and reports. It is provided to companies on a subscription (package) basis and is developed by Earning Hawks. The public website describes the service; the company app is for clients who have been given a login.
2. Accounts and logins
We create your company account. You are responsible for keeping your username and password private and for everything done with them, including the logins you create for your own staff. Tell us straight away if you think your login has been misused.
3. Packages, payment and renewal
Access is for the period of your package. Payment is arranged directly with us. When a package ends, access is paused until the renewal is recorded; your data is not deleted because of this. Fees already paid are not refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You can export it and download a full backup at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own backup copies. See our Privacy policy for how data is handled.
5. Tax and legal responsibility
The software helps you prepare documents such as GST invoices and reports. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice and it does not submit anything to any tax authority. You are responsible for checking that your documents, rates and returns meet the law that applies to your business.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, try to access another company’s data, interfere with the service or its security, or copy or resell it without our permission.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update it, and we may pause it for maintenance.
8. Limits of our responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid for your current package period.
9. Website content and advertising
Articles and guides on this website are for general information only and are not professional advice. This website may show advertisements from third parties; we are not responsible for third-party advertisers or their websites.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or fees are not paid. You can ask us for your data export before your account is closed.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
