Privacy policy

This page explains what information ENTP collects, why, and what we do with it.

1. Who we are

ENTP (“we”, “us”) provides online business-management software — quotations, invoices, inventory, payments and reports — to companies on a subscription basis. You can reach us through the Contact page.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us

If you send the contact form, we receive your name, business name, phone number and/or email, and your message. We use it only to reply to you.

When you are a client

  • Account details: company name, contact person, phone, email, company code and username.
  • Password: stored only in hashed (scrambled) form. We cannot read it.
  • Package and payment records: package dates and the payments you make to us (amount, date, method, note). Payments are arranged directly with us; we do not collect card or bank-account details through this website.
  • Your business data: everything you enter — customers, suppliers, products, stock, documents, payments, expenses, settings and your logo.

Automatically

  • To keep you signed in, your browser stores a login token and your last-used company code in its local storage. You can clear this by logging out or clearing site data.
  • To protect against password guessing, the server temporarily counts failed login attempts by connection address (kept in memory, not stored permanently).
  • Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request).

3. How we use information

  • To provide, secure and support the service.
  • To manage your package, renewal and payment records.
  • To answer your messages.

We do not sell your information. Our public website may show advertisements (see section 5); the company app for clients may show a small ad at the bottom of some pages unless the company is on an ad-free account.

4. Your business data

Your business data belongs to you. Each company’s data is kept separate and is accessible to that company through its own login. To provide support, our administrators can open a company’s account when needed (for example, to fix a problem you report). Such access is recorded in the company’s history.

5. Cookies, advertising and third parties

Advertising. We use Google AdSense to show ads on some pages. Google and its partners, including third-party vendors, use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites, and to measure how ads perform. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also visit aboutads.info to opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising.

Your choice on this website. When you first visit, a notice asks whether you accept cookies for ads. If you choose “No thanks”, we do not load the advertising code on your device. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Visit counting. We count visits to our pages anonymously, so we know which pages are used. We do not store your IP address or any name for this, and we skip it if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Other providers. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the app loads some code libraries from a public content delivery network (cdnjs), so those providers may receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

6. Sharing

We do not share your information with others except where required by law, or with service providers who host or deliver the service on our behalf.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. If your package expires, your data is not deleted automatically — you can renew and continue. You can export your data (CSV and full backup) at any time. If you want your account and data deleted, contact us and we will do so.

8. Security

We use hashed passwords, separate data per company, login-attempt limits and encrypted connections (HTTPS) when the service is served over HTTPS. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please choose a strong password and keep it private.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to correct, export or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by contacting us.

10. Children

This service is for businesses and is not directed at children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
